About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of IT Strategy and Planning to join our team at Qualtrics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our IT strategy, aligning with our broader organizational goals to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of portfolio and project management methodologies
  • Establish essential decision-making practices to prioritize demand, allocate resources, and assess capacity
  • Create and monitor leadership dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project progress, costs, and risks
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope by monitoring timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Assess the health of the IT department by regularly reporting key performance indicators and operational metrics

Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience delivering IT initiatives across diverse domains
  • Proven leadership in building a functional IT PMO, with expertise in project portfolio and project management methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
