The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team of high-performing sales professionals. As a key member of our Digital Buildings team, you will play a critical role in growing our business nationwide and delivering consultative sales solutions to our clients in the built environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment
- Deliver consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and share knowledge with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients
- 5-7+ years of proven sales experience in Master Systems Integration, Building Automation Systems, and Energy Efficiency with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or equivalent business experience required
- Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and critical facilities such as data centers required
- Knowledge of financial acumen required
- A deep understanding of the built environment and the challenges faced by our clients
- Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders
- The ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously learn and grow
