Payroll Administrator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a stable and growing organization to hire a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 100 hourly and salaried employees, handling sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.
- Process commissions, bonuses, paid leave, holidays, deductions, and address changes.
- Maintain personnel files and audit for accuracy.
- Prepare journal entries related to payroll and reconcile accounts.
- Process deductions and garnishments.
- Resolve any payroll issues with deposits, final pay, or errors.
- Answer any employee-related payroll questions.
- Work closely with accounting and the HR team.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Dayforce or similar payroll software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
