Job Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a stable and growing organization to hire a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires handling sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Input, and process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 100 hourly and salaried employees

Process commissions, bonuses, paid leave, holidays, deductions, and address changes.

Maintain personnel files and audit for accuracy

Prepare journal entries related to payroll and reconcile accounts

Process deductions and garnishments

Resolve any payroll issues with deposits, final pay, or errors

Answer any employee-related payroll questions

Work closely with accounting and the HR team

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role

Experience with Dayforce or similar payroll software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay Details:

$27.00 to $32.00 per hour
