We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Psychiatry Account Manager. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for promoting our psychiatry portfolio and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare providers and payers
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and dynamics, including reimbursement and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated account plans
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, biology, or chemistry
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales
- Proven track record of success in sales and commercialization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Experience in CNS/neuroscience sales, including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder
- Documented successful sales performance and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to develop and execute fully integrated account plans
- Experience working with alliance partners and co-promotions
