About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Psychiatry Account Manager. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for promoting our psychiatry portfolio and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare providers and payers
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and dynamics, including reimbursement and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated account plans
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, biology, or chemistry
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales and commercialization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in CNS/neuroscience sales, including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder
  • Documented successful sales performance and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to develop and execute fully integrated account plans
  • Experience working with alliance partners and co-promotions
