About the Role

Rapid Finance is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our Development team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software applications by creating and executing test cases, including manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and end-users to create test scenarios and support documents.
  • Provide first-tier technical support for end-users and lead user demo/training sessions.
  • Identify and report software quality issues, track them to resolution, and participate in the testing of production emergency bug fixes.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and bug fixes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology, science, or mathematics-related field.
  • Three to five years of experience with quality assurance methodologies for web applications, analyzing system and application failures, and bugs.
  • Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Page Object model.
  • Two to three years of automation experience.
  • Preferred experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS), Web Services, SQL, requirements and specifications documentation analysis, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid SDLC environments, Selenium, Python, and Net development environments.
