The primary function of this Software QA Engineer will be to maintain and guide overall quality standards for all company software-based products through systematic processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test plans and processes for web applications, sites, and platforms.
  • Analyze design and determine test scripts, coding, automation, and integration activities required based on general objectives and knowledge of overall architecture of product or solution.
  • Write and execute complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identify, debug, and create solutions for issues with code and integration into software and firmware architecture.
  • Utilize industry-standard testing tools and develop tools, environments, and scripts to automate test execution.
  • Represent the software quality assurance team for all phases of larger and more complex development projects.
  • Proactively document issues and collaborate with development peers to find solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of testing to assist in debugging software.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
  • Ensure 508 accessibility requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
Desired Skills
  • Proficiency in software quality assurance tools and processes.
  • Experience working within a larger scrum team and agile processes.
  • Software testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
  • Experience with web application and website design, including CMS functionality.
  • Expertise in Jira case management and bug writing.
  • Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, and other industry-standard testing tools.
  • Experience with Sitecore, Kentico, or other.NET enterprise technology is a plus.
