Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute testing scripts for both new and existing campaigns within an agile framework utilizing Adobe Target to facilitate multi-channel initiatives.
  • Establish, maintain, and refine the campaign testing strategy, which includes conducting manual tests and providing guidance on the automation framework.
  • Oversee the testing process throughout all stages of the campaign lifecycle.
  • Set up personalization components in Adobe Target.
  • Work collaboratively with the digital merchandising team to ensure high-quality standards during campaign launches.
  • Promote the incorporation of testability in the design and development phases of campaigns.
  • Detect bugs and quality concerns, participating in the testing and evaluation of products.
  • Collaborate closely with digital merchandising and product development teams to comprehend campaign business requirements and create effective test plans and scripts that reliably assess campaign quality.
  • Evaluate test outcomes and report defects to clients, adhering to best practices established by the team.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks to ensure the functionality and reliability of digital campaigns.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the campaign features managed by the team; understand quality assurance protocols and consistently apply established standards.
  • Communicate progress on testing, results, and the quality of application modifications.
  • Assist in the setup and management of test environments and test data.
  • Utilize a comprehensive understanding of relevant technologies to deliver robust test suites, including web technologies, REST APIs, web services, Java, XML, JS, CSS, and HTML.
  • Employ creativity and initiative to enhance the reliability, coverage, and accuracy of campaign testing.
  • Contribute to the establishment of best practice quality procedures.
  • Review and refine campaign/offer testing documentation.
  • Manage workflow within the quality assurance area, including final reviews and launches.
  • Provide leadership and support during quality assurance discussions.
  • The responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive; additional duties and qualifications may be assigned as necessary.
  • Preferred qualifications include mobile automation skills, such as Selenium and Appium.
