Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

First Quality is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective EHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
