As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our environmental consulting services to private and public sector clients across various markets, including manufacturing, mining, real estate, solid waste, and power.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Mentor junior staff and make hiring recommendations to support the growth of our team.
- Supervise field environmental compliance staff, including groundwater sampling and monitoring, stormwater management, and environmental compliance programs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science.
- Professional license, P.E. or P.G. preferred.
- 5-15 years of experience in environmental project management, with a focus on state and federal regulations.
- Demonstrated business development and client management experience.
- Strong leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgeting, and cost control.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations for air, water, and wastewater.
- Permitting/compliance experience across various industries.
- Regulatory and remediation experience preferred.
