About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Specialist to join our team at Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation. As an Environmental Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting a culture of sustainability within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate compliance with environmental regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement air emissions programs, with a focus on overall air emissions management
  • Provide support for Pennsylvania air programs, permitting, and compliance
  • Collaborate with field operations and operations leaders to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Perform field visits to verify data and provide training
  • Supervise consultants and manage projects
  • Proactively support and lead EH&S initiatives, including emission reduction programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental, Life or Earth Sciences, or Engineering Degree
  • Five to seven years of experience in oil and gas, with experience in air emissions
  • Experience with hands-on air emissions calculation methods, including GHGs
  • Experience with ProMax software is preferred
  • Solid understanding of oil and gas operations and implications for compliance with air regulations
  • Effective project management, business writing, presentation, training, and leadership capabilities
