Job Title: Account Executive- Enterprise Client Relationship Management

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow a high-value portfolio of enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, enterprise solution-selling experience, and the ability to drive incremental growth and reduce account churn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of company products and services.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maintain and grow business.
  • Monitor and act on sales activity and metrics specific to the customer.
  • Develop positive relationships with partners within accounts and identify business problems solvable with company solutions.
  • Meet regularly with clients and partners to develop strategy, build relationships, and attend industry events.
  • Stay connected to accounts and the market to identify new opportunities and engage viable partners.
  • Manage account input and feedback for all projects with detailed outcomes and timelines.
  • Coordinate and translate customer needs within internal departments to resolve customer problems.

Requirements:

  • Telecommunications experience
  • Enterprise-level account management experience
  • Technology and Technology Sales experience
  • B2B Sales at Enterprise level
  • 4-7 years of enterprise-level account management and outside sales experience
  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage personal and team deliverables and deadlines
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
  • Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills with client leaders at all levels
  • Ability to manage account relationships, financial outcomes, and multiple sales programs

Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required), Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience: 4-7 years of B2B Field Sales experience, preferably with Fortune 1K accounts, 2-4 years of experience in Telecom, Software, or Technology
