A day in the Role
  • The Manager of Technology Talent Acquisition will learn, build, and lead a team of junior/entry-level Technology Talent Specialists/Sourcers. This person will first learn our unique sourcing and screening processes as well as our business model, which is key to the success of our business.
  • This person will become an expert in our sourcing and technical screening process and will at times own the end-to-end recruitment process as needed. This person's primary responsibility is to own the technical sourcing function of our uniquely specialized technology recruitment business.
  • Our leaders lead from the front, this person will manage, teach, and train through doing.
  • The expectation is that after 2 months of learning our model and process, this person will then be tasked with building a Technology Talent Acquisition team whose responsibility is to identify, technically screen, discover an alignment, and be able to exceptional educate candidates on the opportunities we have.
  • This person will be a servant leader focused on the development of his/her team around their knowledge of technology, the ability to technical screen, and the ability to demonstrate expert-level knowledge about who our clients are, what they do, and what they are looking for in a team member.
  • This person will preach and teach Quality, Quality, Quality as this is our differentiator and brand.
  • This person will work closely with our Managing Director to provide training, direction, and prioritize daily areas of recruiting focus.
  • As a leader, this person will work also at times work closely with clients and candidates to increase the efficiencies and growth of his/her team.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of successful Technical Recruiting experience
  • Must be a positive high-energy leader who can motivate and teach others
  • Must have strong communication and presentation skills
