Job Overview

Renuity is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the recruitment and hiring process for the organization. This role works closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to plan for, attract, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead all sourcing for high volume roles, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive plans.
  • Lead regional team to meet recruiting and hiring best practices, carrying out sourcing and selection process for high level roles within designated region.
  • Build a system capable of hiring HC goals set by the labor plan, coordinating and conducting recruitment events to attract diverse pool of candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners to support recruiting initiatives and lead flow, anticipating hiring needs and proactively adjusting sourcing strategies to align with the health of the candidate pipeline.
  • Measure and improve ROI and reporting by source channel, aligned with investments, maintaining culture of performance accountability through reporting and scorecards.
  • Ensure KPIS are aligned with business goals and drive the right behaviors of our recruiting team, partnering with divisional leaders, labor planning manager, and FP&A to build and manage the headcount forecasts.
Leadership & Strategy
  • Provide recruiting leadership and impact the business culture and numbers, developing outstanding relationships with key leaders.
  • Team coaching and development, teaching, training, and developing our people to have a culture of selecting industry leading people.
  • Coach and advise hiring managers/supervisors on appropriate interview techniques, valid selection criteria, and thorough reference checking.
  • Lead Regional adoption and influence optimization of our ATS/CRM, uncovering new talent pools and attraction strategies for continuous, scalable growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement innovative strategies to streamline the hiring process.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
  • 8-10 years of recruiting experience, advanced recruitment techniques, negotiation, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager, preferably in a remote regional capacity, ability to manage-up and bring actionable insights to Regional and Department leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting methods and best practices, working knowledge of ATS, proficient with Microsoft suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in expanding talent acquisition teams to meet evolving business needs, ability to think strategically and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ability to analyze recruitment data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a high growth, fast-paced environment, excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within region up to 20% of the time.
