About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our team at Josh Sherrill Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable insurance products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred.
  • 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation

$91,000 - $127,000 yearly.
