Territory Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
Requirements
- First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
