POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within the designated territory. This role requires a strategic approach to business development and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement both short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the assigned region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a robust pipeline of potential sales to meet and exceed territory sales goals.
  • Deliver comprehensive in-service training to clients to ensure optimal product utilization.
  • Conduct thorough technical reviews prior to finalizing sales to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized account records, including detailed profiles, within the company’s CRM system.
  • Generate and submit various reports as required by management, including weekly expense reports, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and ongoing activity updates.
  • Oversee and manage demo and evaluation inventory, ensuring all equipment is maintained in excellent working condition and documented appropriately.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow Territory Managers to optimize time management and minimize redundancy in efforts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Required: 2-4 years of experience in outside sales.
  • Experience in a collaborative reporting structure is essential.
  • Clinical experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel regionally is required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a sales organization.
  • Familiarity with outside sales of medical physical devices and knowledge of competitive offerings.
  • Strong strategic and customer-focused selling capabilities.
  • Proficient in presenting complex concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Skilled in delivering presentations to audiences with clarity and professionalism.
  • Exhibit professional and ethical conduct at all times.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills specific to territory management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Technical and clinical proficiency to discuss medical physical devices competently.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time is essential.
