Primary Objective: The main focus is to secure complete market dominance within designated categories, channels, and territories while executing strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored programs and sales tactics for key distributors within the assigned region, aimed at converting, promoting, and solidifying essential categories for Freud / Diablo.
- Strategically plan for growth on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis while adhering to the Travel & Expense budget.
Administrative Duties: Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, placing orders, crafting presentations, suggesting orders, and performing other administrative tasks that foster a collaborative effort to enhance the territory's market share and sales volume.
Goal Achievement: Build a sustainable territory to meet the objectives and metrics established by management.
Travel Requirements: Overnight travel may be required up to 4 days per month to engage with customers and develop the territory as needed.
