Role Overview:
A Sales Development Representative is needed to expand Triumph Modular's customer base through effective sales and marketing strategies. This position involves responding to customer inquiries, handling calls and interactions, drafting sales documents, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, or order status.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.
  • Draft and review sales documents, including proposals or contracts.
  • Update CRM daily, track all leads and lead status.
  • Maintain client relationships and partnerships.
  • Establish communication processes for customer feedback.
  • Conduct prospecting calls and emails through various channels.
  • Provide excellent customer service through quick response times and follow-up communication.
  • Attend networking events and tradeshow events as required.
  • Grow sales and lease opportunities for the company.
  • Closing deals and communicating effectively with operations for seamless execution.
