Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building and promoting the branch, driving sales, and promoting overall ownership and accountability for customer service and branch success.">
  • Immersing in the community by leading and supporting the Bank's community-related initiatives and events.">
  • Identifying, developing, and closing sales, as well as cross-selling bank products and services when appropriate.">
  • Developing and communicating sales strategies to staff to enable the branch to achieve and exceed sales/deposit goals.">
  • Proactively prospecting and growing business banking relationships through outreach.">

Salary Range

Northern Bank offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
