Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers at the warehouse level
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and operational support at the assigned warehouse
  • Develop and maintain continuous communication with customers to understand their product requirements and challenges
  • Manage customer interactions through in-person meetings, phone communications, and emails, addressing order and billing inquiries promptly
  • Resolve shipment questions, track orders, and effectively manage shipment discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as business development, sales, and IT to resolve customer issues
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including sorting, loading/unloading, and processing shipments
  • Input and maintain order data in our proprietary system, SWIMS
  • Consult with the Process Compliance Team for complex issues
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general technical skills
  • Strong communication abilities and capacity to build relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive and assertive mindset
