The Customer Service Agent 2 is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all callers. They answer incoming calls and troubleshoot any issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our customers.

  • Proactively manage the scheduling of local cartage's daily deliveries and pick-ups, coordinating with the company-owned cartage team and outside cartage vendors.
  • Assist pilot stations and cartage agents in resolving issues and providing support.
  • Utilize technological tools and resources to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • High energy and ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent technological aptitude, with experience using online tools and resources.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
