Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Merchandisers. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • 1 year of prior in-bound call center experience and/or prior customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry required
  • Excellent typing and communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred: Spanish
  • Strong demonstrated customer service skills and phone skills
  • Solid computer navigation knowledge and proficient skills
