Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Stanford Health Care. This role is crucial in facilitating effective communication and collaboration among executive leaders throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including calls and visitors, ensuring timely responses to urgent matters.
  • Oversee the executive's calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time management.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
  • Maintain confidential records and files, safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Lead and mentor administrative support staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient office environment.
  • Participate in budget development and management, providing insights and recommendations for resource allocation.

Qualifications
