We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at Innovations in Nutrition + Wellness. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the personal care and liquids markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the personal care and liquids markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in a contract manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering sustainable and profitable sales growth.
  • Experience selling to big box retailers, MLMs, and national brand marketers.
  • Solid understanding of personal care and/or nutrition markets and consumer trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify growth opportunities and develop proactive solutions.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
