Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrator to provide exceptional support to our CEO at Self Enhancement, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Create and manage the CEO's Weekly Task List, prioritizing tasks and sending reminders to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, data research, and other materials as needed to support the CEO's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the CEO's office operations, ensuring deadlines are met and correspondence is maintained.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO's behalf, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, including emails, follow-ups, letters, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Document direct reports' accomplishments and provide feedback to support their growth and development.
  • Arrange and manage logistics for travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and coordinate with the CEO's family calendar.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or related role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Discretion and professionalism essential, with excellent presentation skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain solution-focused and respectful in all interactions with staff.
  • Advanced computer experience, including M365, and ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize data, trends, and statistics.
