Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Create and manage the CEO's Weekly Task List, prioritizing tasks and sending reminders to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage confidential documents and information, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, data research, and other materials as needed to support the CEO's decision-making process.
  • Oversee the CEO's office operations, ensuring deadlines are met and correspondence is maintained.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, including emails, follow-ups, letters, and presentations, to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Document direct reports' accomplishments and arrange logistics for travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or related role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Discretion and professionalism essential, with excellent presentation skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Advanced computer experience, including M365, and ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize data, trends, and statistics.
