Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute content creation plans to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts, engage with followers, and analyze metrics to optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners to ensure successful collaborations and mutual benefits.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded content, events, and promotions.
  • Oversee and plan all in-market activations in the Richmond market.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Canva, and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High School Education or higher.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or Sales in the entertainment industry or related field.
  • Exposure to and familiarity with similar facility environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Basic understanding of demographics and media buying ability.
  • Computer skills, including database software, spreadsheet, graphics, and word processing software.
