Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Interact with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Inbound Communication: Respond to client inquiries promptly, offering solutions and support.
  • Policy Development: Create and suggest insurance plans tailored to each client's specific requirements.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios with additional products.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ongoing Education: Keep abreast of industry developments to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.

Qualifications

  • Licensing: Must possess an active Texas Property & Casualty License; Life & Health License is advantageous.
  • Experience: Prior experience in personal lines insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex insurance concepts.
  • Customer Focus: Proven commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and surpassing client expectations.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting and skilled in effective time management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in insurance software systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
