Position Overview

Are you dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences? The Holiday Inn Express Kingdom City is seeking a Guest Services Representative. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive exceptional support in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute various front desk functions, including managing incoming calls, assisting visitors, and overseeing the business center.
  • Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process by effectively managing guest accounts.
  • Monitor supply inventory and guarantee that all outstanding balances are reconciled daily.
  • Stay informed about daily operations, events, and hotel protocols.
  • Deliver outstanding service to guests by promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns within established guidelines.
  • Identify and provide special attention to VIP guests and Reward Members.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to standard cash handling procedures.
  • Proactively learn about hotel amenities, services, and guest preferences to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Support the company's mission by maintaining high standards and fostering a positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
