Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support our team in providing exceptional Human Resource Support Services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Human Resources Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of Administrative Clerks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Supervisor and team, including drafting and editing of correspondence, policies, and memorandums.
  • Maintain accurate accountability of records, reporting, and data compilation for senior leaders.
  • Perform records upkeep, reporting, updating, and accountability in accordance with published regulations and SOPs.
  • Manage personnel information, records, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain organizational skills, administrative services, and information management expertise.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as a supervisor or administrative assistant.
  • At least 2 years' experience in organizational skills, administrative services, and/or information management.
  • Minimum 5 years in military S1 (Staff / Personnel Administration) or G1 (Garrison Personnel Administration), or civilian equivalent, and familiarity with U.S. Army personnel systems, processes, and record procedures.
  • Active SECRET Clearance.
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of the English language, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Competency in verbal and written communication.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in maintaining personnel records.
  • Knowledge of military protocol, chain of command, and correspondence procedures.
  • Prior military experience with record keeping systems and processes that are unique to military personnel records systems.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Army personnel systems, processes, and records procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Summit Technologies' policies and procedures.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
