About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values purpose and people. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with various research and special projects, processing terminations and onboarding new employees, performing clerical functions, and providing exceptional customer service to our sales and field employees.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with research and special projects to support the HR team
Process terminations and assist with onboarding new employees
Perform clerical functions, including distributing and responding to mail
Prepare correspondences and audit terminated employee files
Manage HR emails and maintain and distribute HR reports
Provide customer service to both sales and field employees
Requirements
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in the mortgage industry is preferred, as is knowledge of bonuses and commissions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is also required.
What We Offer
Movement Mortgage offers a competitive salary range of $47,900.00 - $58,500.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, critical care, hospitalization, HSA, FSA, DCFSA, and QTE. We also offer a 401(k) and Roth retirement plan, paid time off, and 11.5 paid holidays per year.
