Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Laboratory Office Coordinator to join our team at Bay Area Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day clerical activities in the Lab office, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee and manage office operations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, departments, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with compliance laws, medical laboratory terminology, and safety precautions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of experience in phlebotomy or a related field preferred.
  • Breathe Alcohol Technician Trainer training or obtain within six months.
  • Drug Test Collector (urine) Trainer training or obtain within six months.
