Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support Representative to join our team. As an Operations Support Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer and financial advisor communications. You will work closely with our customer service professionals to provide exceptional support and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completes administrative tasks to support accurate customer and financial advisor communications
• Contributes to an atmosphere of teamwork and open communication with the team
• Establishes personal goals to achieve independent proficiency in daily tasks and strives for ongoing skill development
• Ensures daily service levels are met and are in compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Participates in and supports additional cross-training as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service mindset and active listening skills
• Self-motivation, punctuality, and dependability
• Reliability and ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• General computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Strong willingness to learn and continue to grow with the company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role or industry
• Knowledge of individual insurance products and work processes and procedures
• General knowledge of process workflows in Corporate Mail, Document Capture Management, and Data Center Operations

Physical Job Requirements:

• Ability to utilize the keyboard, computer, and/or mouse for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Ability to utilize the phone and/or virtual meeting platform for 1-4 hours per day
