About the Role

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of subordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers on a large-scale construction project. Your primary goal will be to establish a project plan, maintain weekly progress, and ensure the pulse of the project is on track. You will manage and coordinate all job site operations, labor, and subcontractors to guarantee work quality and on-time delivery of services. Additionally, you will maintain positive relationships with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM's, and coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance. You will also be responsible for enforcing the Safety Program and managing the Quality Control Program. Your daily tasks will include preparing and maintaining detailed short-term schedules, managing accurate invoice payment processes, and resolving day-to-day field issues. You will also prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working in the construction industry as a Superintendent, with experience overseeing multiple projects and teams, specifically on mission-critical projects. They must be open to 100% travel and have experience with commercial and light industrial construction. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, and knowledge in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000, plus benefits. The package is negotiable subject to experience.
