Payroll and Benefits Administrator

**Job Description:** The Payroll and Benefits Administrator is responsible for managing the employee compensation and benefits program at Inmotion. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, communicating benefit and benefit regulations to employees, and resolving employee benefits issues and inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to maintain meticulous records, and collaborate with others to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Health Insurance, retirement plans, and wellness plans.
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and laws.
- Communicate benefit and benefit regulations to employees.
- Resolve employee benefits issues and inquiries.
- Evaluate and improve benefit programs.
- New employee onboarding.
- Maintain effective record keeping.
- Cordinate daily processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employer contributions and payroll deductions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field preferred.
- 2 years' experience in HR.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects within defined time.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
