About the Role:

R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Inside Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers by:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing back-end duties to support the Inside Sales team
  • Managing inventory and assisting with purchases
  • Auditing, assisting, labeling, and communicating orders for key accounts with the Inside Sales Team
  • Onsite inventory management using company vehicles
  • Organizing quality assurance documents, invoices, packing slips, and other relevant materials
  • Auditing paperwork and process control for the AS9120 division
  • Supporting the achievement of division sales goals
  • Learning all operations functions of the division

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
