About the Role:
R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Inside Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers by:
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing back-end duties to support the Inside Sales team
- Managing inventory and assisting with purchases
- Auditing, assisting, labeling, and communicating orders for key accounts with the Inside Sales Team
- Onsite inventory management using company vehicles
- Organizing quality assurance documents, invoices, packing slips, and other relevant materials
- Auditing paperwork and process control for the AS9120 division
- Supporting the achievement of division sales goals
- Learning all operations functions of the division
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High School Diploma or equivalent
