Position Summary

We are in search of a dedicated full-time Customer Support Specialist to contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding time management abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate the capacity to follow directions accurately and maintain composure under pressure. Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in estimating tasks under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, requiring a solid understanding of materials, finishing techniques, procurement, and printing processes.
  • Gain insights into production requirements and effectively communicate these to our production team.
  • Exhibit adaptability to shifting priorities while maintaining a detail-oriented approach; quickly grasp new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team in a high-energy environment; establish and nurture effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in a business setting, including at least two years in project management or coordination roles.
  • Experience in the printing industry and familiarity with Management Information Systems (MIS) such as Printers Plan or Print Smith is advantageous; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Knowledge of Digital, Offset, and/or Large Format Printing equipment is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office tools is required.
  • Demonstrate high energy, a sense of urgency, meticulous attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
  • Exhibit initiative and the ability to follow through on projects effectively.
