Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and optimize sleep lab operations and support our practice as a Lead Sleep Technician. This role involves managing daytime operations, supervising night techs, and addressing operational concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Education & Equipment Management:
    • Educate patients on the use and care of positive airway pressure devices.
    • Dispense equipment at the office or arrange shipping.
    • Follow up with patients to ensure adherence to PAP therapy.
  • Administrative & Support Tasks:
    • Document interactions following Medicare compliance standards.
    • Manage inventory, including ordering and cleaning processes.
    • Collaborate with vendors and build referral source relationships.
    • Provide support to our team.
  • Leadership in Technical Operations:
    • Supervise night techs and address operational concerns.
    • Conduct technical meetings and manage technician staffing.
    • Oversee PSG acquisition and scoring processes, including MSLT execution.
    • Maintain PSG supply inventory and troubleshoot technical issues.

$35.00 - $39.00 per hour

Shift: Days (Full-Time)

You will work in a general daytime office environment, with occasional overnight shifts if needed to cover absences. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
