Polysomnography Team Lead

Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in sleep medicine. You must hold current RPSGT and OHLA license in polysomnography, as well as BCLS certification. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer software are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Education & Equipment Management:
- Educate patients on the use and care of positive airway pressure devices.
- Dispense equipment at the office or arrange shipping.
- Follow up with patients to ensure adherence to PAP therapy.
- Administrative & Support Tasks:
- Document interactions following Medicare compliance standards.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and cleaning processes.
- Collaborate with vendors and build referral source relationships.
- Provide support to our team.
- Leadership in Technical Operations:
- Supervise night techs and address operational concerns.
- Conduct technical meetings and manage technician staffing.
- Oversee PSG acquisition and scoring processes, including MSLT execution.
- Maintain PSG supply inventory and troubleshoot technical issues.
$35.00 - $39.00 per hour
Shift: Days (Full-Time)
Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. You will work in a general daytime office environment, with occasional overnight shifts if needed to cover absences.
