Sleep Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Patient Intake and Support: Conduct thorough intake processes for both clinic and telehealth appointments, guaranteeing a smooth experience for patients.
- Medical Visits Assistance: Accurately take and organize medical notes during patient visits, fostering open communication and trust.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule medical care and diagnostic tests as directed by physicians, streamlining the care delivery process.
- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility, ensuring timely access to necessary services.
- Administrative Support: Assist in processing prescription refills and referrals, maintaining efficient operations.
- Additional Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to contribute to our team's success, enhancing patient satisfaction and overall care quality.
- A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in medical assisting.
- A valid Medical Assistant certification.
- Exceptional customer service skills and dedication to quality care.
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems (Athena) is a plus, but not required.
- An outstanding work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective verbal and written communication skills.
