Salary

$35-$39 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.

About the Role

This full-time position entails general daytime office work, with occasional overnight shifts if needed to cover absences. As a Lead Sleep Technician, you will oversee and optimize processes while contributing to the broader practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate patients on the use and care of positive airway pressure devices.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and cleaning processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and build referral source relationships.
  • Supervise night techs and address operational concerns.
  • Maintain PSG supply inventory and troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sleep medicine experience preferred.
  • Current RPSGT and OHLA license in polysomnography.
  • BCLS certification.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
