Business Development Consultant

Covr Financial Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for making calls to financial advisors to schedule or complete demos of our digital insurance platform and finding leads for our sales team.
This is an outbound calling position with a high volume of calls expected. You will be courteous, responsive, and professional in helping advisors navigate and use the Covr platform. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments with financial advisors for our sales team and guiding them on the use of the Covr digital insurance platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to build phone-based relationships. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and comfortable with routine, repetitive tasks.
We offer a competitive benefits package, including a hourly range of $22.00 to $23.00 with commission bonus incentive, paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
