We are seeking a seasoned Sales Strategy Professional to join our dedicated sales team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex accounts, developing strategic relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Description: The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and expanding market share through the development and implementation of account plans. This challenging and rewarding position requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive annual base salary of $95,000 - $115,000, plus a $55,000 commission at plan.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including insurance options, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

RequirementsEducation and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • A degree with a Life Science focus preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in account management or sales strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
