About This Role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Professional to join our sales team at Critical Systems LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the selling of HVAC products and services to commercial developers.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in mechanical engineering and have 3+ years of experience in sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and delivery of technical presentations to explain company products and services to customers.
  • Discussion of equipment needs and system requirements with customers and contractors.
  • Collaboration with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Execution of installation and start-up.
  • Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customer technical requirements.
  • Providing technical assistance to customers and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identification and communication of areas for improvement to upper management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
