We are seeking a talented Business Analyst II to join our Pricing Development team at FIS. In this position, you will have the opportunity to build on your professional experience and leadership skills to deliver the best product and solutions to our colleagues, clients, and communities.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Work closely with stakeholders, including product owners, management, and technical teams, to understand their needs and gather requirements.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly and comprehensively, ensuring they are agreed upon by stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas of improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities to automate.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, planning, overseeing, and managing multiple large and/or complex projects to create specification documents for development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Evaluate the functionality of new product releases and present and give details of the project to stakeholders.
  • Perform testing to identify and isolate defects and communicate findings to the development team.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record of at least five years' experience in business analysis, with a deep understanding of business processes.
  • The ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in a range of computing skills, including Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, Power BI, and web conferencing.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to make decisions.
  • The ability to work within a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Strong leadership or project management abilities.
  • Oracle CPQ or Salesforce CPQ experience.
