**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at IT Avalon. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, working closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare business requirement and technical specification documents
* Complete report comparison and review for the three areas of the company
* Collaborate with SQL developers and SSRS developers to gather needed information
* Work with business stakeholders and leadership to identify and document business requirements as needed
* Partner with technical writers to ensure standardization of all documents
* Ensure all converted reports have proper documentation, including purpose and definitions
* Serve as liaison between report developers and stakeholders, especially during testing and validation efforts

**Requirements:**

* Proven success in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
* Ability to read basic SQL is preferred
* Familiarity with Sharepoint, Vizio, and board tools such as Trello
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Excellent communication skills with ability to adjust to different audiences
