We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst II to join our team at AdventHealth Orlando. As a Business Analyst II, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinical and operational service lines by analyzing data and developing insights to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain performance measurement processes, including database development, benchmarking, KPI development, systems documentation, and reporting/dashboard deployment.
- Interact with leadership and quality personnel to facilitate discussions of existing data products and assess unmet analytic needs.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide meaningful data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Manage complex datasets by identifying, aggregating, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that provide insight to the organization.
- Conduct financial and/or operational analyses and interpret results to support business stakeholders in making strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree with two or more years of relevant experience, preferably in a related field such as business, healthcare, engineering, information systems, or mathematics discipline.
- Master's degree with one year of relevant experience, preferably in a related field such as business, healthcare, engineering, information systems, or mathematics discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a variety of audiences throughout the organization.
- Ability to effectively summarize data, present insights, and facilitate discussion of results.
- Initiative to work independently and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attention to detail that ensures follow-through on all assigned projects.
- Experience with data mining/extraction tools, data visualization and statistical analysis tools, and data management tools and techniques.
