Job Title: Principal Infrastructure Engineer - Windows OS Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Windows OS to join our agile product team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and architecting Windows Server and Windows OS solutions, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect Windows Server and Windows OS solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
  • Develop and implement infrastructure solutions using company and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in Windows OS and infrastructure
Requirements:
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance
  • Typically requires BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Physics
  • 8+ years of related work experience in Windows OS and infrastructure engineering
  • Experience with Agile Development Methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
  • Extensive experience with Windows and Windows Server 2012 r2+
  • Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, C++, C#, Go)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Administrative fluency with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and VMWare solutions
  • Experience with VMware
  • Experience with troubleshooting applications and infrastructure on Linux-based operating systems
  • Extensive Linux development experience (RHEL 6+)
  • General experience in networks, SAN/NAS designs, and implementation
