Restaurant Manager Job Description

Sally's Apizza is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise front and back-of-house employees to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with staff to review expectations and discuss any concerns.
  • Monitor staff performance and participate in performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the restaurant.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-volume restaurants.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
